1. Free Consultation & Social Media Audit

• Initial Inquiry: When a client reaches out, we start with a free consultation to understand their business. During this session, we conduct a social media audit to analyze their current presence, content strategy, audience engagement, and performance across platforms.
• Understanding the Business: We focus on understanding the client’s business, target audience, marketing goals, and how social media can be a tool to achieve those goals. This helps us identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.

2. Recommendations & Service Selection

• Tailored Recommendations: After the consultation, we present the client with tailored recommendations based on the audit results and discussion. We suggest strategies and actions to enhance their social media presence.
• Service Packages: The client can then choose from two service packages:
  • Option 1 – Social Media Training: Designed for small businesses who want to manage their own social media. We provide in-depth training, covering social media basics, content creation, ad management, and best practices.
  • Option 2 – Full Social Media Management: We handle everything for the client, including content creation, ad management, and performance tracking. Clients receive regular updates, reports, and a content calendar.

3. Customized Proposal

• Proposal Based on Selection: Once the client selects a service package, we prepare a customized proposal detailing the scope of work, timelines, deliverables, and pricing.
  • Training Package: Priced at Ksh 20,000, which can be paid in two monthly installments. Clients receive one-on-one training sessions with our consultant and have full access for support throughout the training period.
  • Full Social Media Management Package: Clients can choose a 3-month, 6-month, or 1-year contract depending on their needs and goals. Each contract includes comprehensive social media services.

4. Payment Terms

• Advance Payment & Security Deposit: Clients are required to make a one-time security deposit or advance payment equivalent to one month’s retainer fee at the start of the contract. This ensures commitment and safeguards against non-payment.
• Monthly Payments: Payments should be made at the beginning of each month, preferably on the 1st or a pre-agreed date. This helps to streamline our work processes and ensures uninterrupted services.

5. Content Calendar

• Content Planning: We develop a content calendar based on the client’s social media strategy, which includes planned posts, themes, and campaigns.
• Approval Process: The content calendar is sent to clients in advance, giving them the opportunity to review, provide feedback, and approve it. This ensures alignment with the client’s brand voice and marketing goals.

6. Weekly Reports

• Regular Updates: Clients receive weekly reports summarizing the work completed, ongoing campaigns, performance metrics, and upcoming plans.
• Transparent Communication: These reports keep clients informed and engaged, making it easy to track progress and address any concerns promptly.

7. Monthly Reports

• In-Depth Analysis: At the end of each month, we provide a comprehensive report that includes a detailed analysis of social media performance, including engagement, reach, ad spend, and results achieved.
• Strategic Adjustments: Based on the monthly report, we propose adjustments and strategies for the upcoming month to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with marketing objectives.

8. Flexible Contract Options & Payment Renewal

• Flexible Contract Duration: Clients have the flexibility to choose from 3-month, 6-month, or 1-year contracts, and can renew their contract based on performance and their satisfaction.
• Early Renewal Incentives: Clients who renew their contracts before the end date can enjoy discounts or additional perks as a gesture of appreciation for their continued partnership.
